Well, it’s going to be pretty weird washing people’s feet,
but it’s probably easy enough to wash the feet of our friends
and the people we love.
But what about those we’re not too crazy about?
Those we can’t even bear to look at?
What about our enemies?
Those who have hurt us or harmed the people we love?
I don’t know about you, but the last thing I’d like to do
is to give them a foot spa!
Think about it: What would you rather do to them?
If you’re still mad at them, you’d probably even prefer
to bind their feet–
or even maim them!
